 What Are Dialers --- OK When You Connect To The Internet Your Modem Squawks And It Squeaks . It Is Phoning Your Internet Service Provider (ISP) . The Thing That Dials The Phone Number Is The Dialer, You Are Then Charged To Go Onto The Internet.

 What If The Phone Number Changes -- THEN YOU MAY BE PAYING £3.50 , $7.50 A MINUTE OR MORE !!! You May Be phoning  A Country The other Side of The World At premium Rates

 Who Can Be Caught By This Scam--Anyone Who Uses A Dialup Modem (Broadband Users I Think You Are Safe ??)

  Can Someone Do This -- Yes !!! And It's Legal !!

 Which Countries Are Safe -- NONE !!! 

 How Do I Know -- My Children's Computer Had 2 Dialers On It. One Was For Big Brother Or Rather A Fake. I Don't Know If There Are Many Out There Aimed At Children ,But I Believe There Will Be 1000s . My Friend Was On For 2 Minutes It Cost Him £8.00.
I Fixed A Friends Computer (A Nurse) She (Or Rather The Children) Had Got 7 Dialers On Her Computer , She Had A Huge Phone Bill, All Because Of This Scam
